Our Agents work at an Outbound Call Center who are provided with hot leads through an Automated Dialer System to service Clients and to educate Customers on our products. We provide ongoing training and coaching to help our Agents grow and flourish under the craft of Sales. FSA works with the largest retail giants on the internet.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER:

Office Administrator / Assistant

The Office Administrator / Assistant will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

WORK HOURS:

- We are open 7 days a week - Mon - Fri: 8 AM - 4 PM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide general administrative and confidential support to the VP of Operations. This may include, but is not limited to booking travel, calendar management, completing expense reports, booking meetings/conferences etc.
- Champion the Culture at Corporate Office by Assisting the Management Team with Office Activities.
- Manage the day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a corporate head office such as ordering kitchen and office supplies.
- Liaise with Building Management on matters such as lighting, minor office repairs.
- Liaise with Human Resources team to prepare welcome packages and after probation packages for Employees.
- Support Different departments for reports and documentation.
- Liaise with Catering and other parties in regards to organizing conferences and meetings.
- Oversee and coordinate incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Maintain various databases and telephone lists.
- Manage office phone system and incoming calls.
- Greet and welcome visitors to Corporate Office.
- Assist with any other projects of assignments as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 1 year previous experience in an Administration role.
- Completed Education in High School or Adult Education.
- Exercise good judgment in Recognizing scope of Authority and Protecting Confidential Information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; including a good command of English.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to accurate and high-quality work.
- Excellent organization skills and flexibility in often changing priorities.
- Ability to work as a team member and independently.
- Creative problem solver with ability to address issues quickly and independently with judgement to escalate when needed.

The Call Center Manager provides ongoing training and coaching to help our Agents grow and flourish under the craft of Sales. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development of high performance.
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development planning and opportunities.
- Lead employees using performance management and development processes that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning.
- Prepare reports necessary to monitor performance for agents and campaigns for the company.
- Ensure work place is safe and harassment free.
- Ensure employees treated fairly and without discrimination.
- Personnel responsibilities including coaching, employee relations, interviewing, recruitment and selection, orientation, training employees, minimize employee turnover, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining.
- Provide feedback and contribution to company meetings (This includes floor management meetings, general agent meetings, etc.).
- Work with Human Resources to recruit, select, train, retain and maintain excellent culture.
- Carrying out attaining the mission and the goals of the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 1 year customer service experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales / Customer Service Experience.
- Minimum 2 years of Call Center Experience.
- Minimum 1 year Management Experience.
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Commerce / Business or related field.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Excellent skills in presenting proposals and plans for team building and moral development.
- Experience with analyzing, budgeting, evaluating, motivating and planning for a team of 30 Employees.
